Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce customer choices and build brand loyalty by inviting them to return
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Demonstrate familiarity with social media trends and omni-channel selling techniques
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment

- Fluency in English or local language proficiency per market
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, and kneel
