Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand styling preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest coordinated looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetic possibilities
- Execute seamless checkout experiences and complete POS transactions with operational excellence
- Maintain stockroom organization and floor presentation standards
- Cultivate customer relationships through reinforcement of purchase decisions and invitations to return
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to drive sales through authentic customer connections
- Receive and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
