Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and lifestyle preferences
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that reflect customer aesthetic
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, frictionless checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all merchandise categories

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods including public holidays
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Proficiency in English or local market language

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and the ability to engage customers with confidence and authenticity.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific post-secondary education required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
