Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and lifestyle preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that reflect customer aesthetic
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, frictionless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all merchandise categories
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods including public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local market language
