Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with warmth and expert product knowledge to discover individual style preferences and lifestyle needs.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary items to increase basket value.
- Demonstrate creativity by showcasing multiple ways to wear products and encouraging customers to explore new styles.
- Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer connections while meeting individual and store performance goals.
- Execute flawless transactional activity using POS systems and ensure an efficient, accurate checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, assist with inventory handling, and support merchandising standards.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques (including virtual selling and social media engagement) to service customers across channels.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; reinforce customer decisions and invite future engagement.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
