Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and style preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary add-ons to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new products and trends
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases, inviting repeat visits
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and actively give and receive constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Strong collaborative approach to teamwork
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work diverse schedules including nights, weekends, and busy retail periods including holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of professional selling skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships in a luxury or fashion retail context.
