Kate Spade New York seeks a Temporary Stylist in Round Rock, Texas. Part-time retail role with $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner to support team development
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Strong English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment with demonstrated customer-facing expertise.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
