Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to provide personalized styling recommendations
  • Create complete looks and suggest complementary add-ons that enhance customers' personal aesthetic
  • Showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new products and combinations
  • Guide customers through the purchase process and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Maintain stockroom organization, manage POS transactions, and uphold operational standards
