Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to provide personalized styling recommendations
- Create complete looks and suggest complementary add-ons that enhance customers' personal aesthetic
- Showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new products and combinations
- Guide customers through the purchase process and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Maintain stockroom organization, manage POS transactions, and uphold operational standards
- Drive sales through authentic customer connections, brand storytelling, and consultative selling techniques
