Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that showcase products
- Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
- Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Experience with customer-facing sales, styling consultation, or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
