Kate Spade New York seeks a Temporary Stylist in Round Rock, Texas. Part-time retail role offering $15.00–$19.50/hr with comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand styling preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting clients to return
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and honest manner
- Work flexibly across nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and a proven ability to build customer relationships in a customer-facing role.
