Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks incorporating multiple items
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and loyalty
  • Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • Work flexible schedules accommodating nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work a dynamic retail schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
