Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that incorporate multiple products
  • Use creativity to showcase various ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
