Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and build long-term relationships
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment
