Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest strategic add-ons to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles creatively
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building long-term relationships
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate point-of-sale transactions

Qualifications
