Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products creatively, encouraging customers to explore new styles and expand their approach to personal style
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, authentic storytelling, and product expertise
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days as needed
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Demonstrated social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English and/or local language requirements per market
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays to meet business needs
