Kate Spade New York seeks a Temporary Part-Time Stylist in Pottstown, Pennsylvania to deliver personalized styling and exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade items into existing wardrobes
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and aesthetic horizons
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience with strong storytelling and brand narrative
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and building lasting brand relationships
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage and unique brand DNA to establish credibility and trust
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Work flexible schedules to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and busy seasons including public holidays
