Kate Spade Seasonal Stylist in Pooler, Georgia – Part-time retail role offering styling, sales, and customer engagement at Tanger Outlets Savannah.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest coordinating items, and create complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences via POS systems
- Maintain stockroom organization and operational excellence on the sales floor
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, brand storytelling, and relationship-building
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting return visits and fostering brand loyalty
- Work collaboratively with team members, give and receive constructive feedback, and support store operations during peak seasons and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods. Demonstrated ability to engage customers authentically, build relationships, and drive sales through consultative selling approaches.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No formal educational qualifications are specified; emphasis is placed on retail experience and interpersonal capability.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
