Kate Spade New York Seasonal Stylist in Pooler, Georgia – Part-time retail styling role with hourly pay $15–$19.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that reflect customer aesthetics
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products, encouraging customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless transaction experience via POS systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional and open manner
- Comply with flexible scheduling requirements including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or the appropriate local language for the market
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
