Kate Spade New York seeks a Seasonal Stylist in Pooler, Georgia to provide personalized customer styling and drive sales through exceptional brand knowledge and service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer styling needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products to encourage customer exploration and engagement
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout and transaction processing
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while building rapport to encourage repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandising, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience
Prior retail sales or customer service experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
