Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Provide styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks and outfits
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear Kate Spade products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
- Drive sales through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
