Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
• Use creative storytelling to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Remain flexible to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
• Physically manage sales floor and stockroom duties including lifting, climbing, bending, and kneeling as needed

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with demonstrated professional selling skills
• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong product knowledge and ability to translate features into customer benefits
• Demonstrated customer focus and dedication to meeting customer expectations
• Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated success in customer-facing sales or service roles.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion training is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
