Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits
- Drive sales through strong customer connections and storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
- Work flexibly to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
