Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
- Provide comprehensive styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks tailored to customer aesthetics
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and incorporate items into existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise displays, and inventory management
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting return visits and building brand loyalty
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, bending, and maneuvering throughout the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English or local market language requirements
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
