Kate Spade New York seeks a Seasonal Stylist to serve as a trusted advisor assisting customers in selecting products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist will discover and celebrate clients' personal style while demonstrating how to incorporate Kate Spade collections into their existing wardrobe, providing expert styling guidance and creating compelling purchase experiences across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and accessory categories.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
• Use creativity to showcase multiple styling options and encourage customers to explore new collections
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Work collaboratively with team members and give/receive constructive feedback

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and busy retail periods
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and the ability to engage customers authentically while building lasting relationships.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
