Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new possibilities
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building lasting brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and point-of-sale transactions
• Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support team development
• Demonstrate proficiency in omnichannel selling techniques and leverage social media awareness to enhance customer engagement

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or lifestyle retail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting
• Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
• Proficiency in English; local language proficiency per market may be required
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
• Demonstrated competency in courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and learning on the fly

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
