Kate Spade New York hiring Temporary Associate/Stylist in Orlando, FL. Part-time retail position with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that enhance the customer's wardrobe
- Showcase multiple styling possibilities and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative product presentation
- Guide customers through informed purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting customers to return
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques across social media platforms
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative, professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Experience in a luxury or lifestyle brand retail setting is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
