Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary add-ons to create complete, cohesive looks
- Showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new styles creatively
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce customer confidence in their selections and foster repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
- Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience with strong track record of customer engagement
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is required. Familiarity with luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Candidates with post-secondary retail, fashion, or business training are advantaged.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
