Kate Spade Stylist job in Orlando, Florida. Part-time temporary retail position offering styling guidance and luxury customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and curate complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and express their personal aesthetics
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence across all areas including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, collaborative manner

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail or luxury retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Fluent English proficiency or local language proficiency as required by market
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
