Kate Spade New York seeks a Temporary Stylist at Orlando International Premium Outlets to provide personalized styling advice and drive customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain stockroom organization and execute POS transactions with accuracy
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage exploration of new styles
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
