Kate Spade Stylist in Orlando, Florida – Full-time retail sales position offering competitive benefits and hourly pay of $15.00–$19.50.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide styling advice and suggest complementary products to create cohesive complete looks
  • Utilize creativity to showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new aesthetic directions
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, elevated checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
  • Drive results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as required by business needs

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Capability to climb, bend, kneel, and move throughout sales floor and stockroom with ease

Experience
