Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Kate Spade products across all categories including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement

Qualifications
