Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and curate complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and merchandise presentation
• Reinforce customer choices and cultivate loyalty by inviting repeat visits and engagement
• Drive sales results through authentic storytelling and deep understanding of brand heritage and product attributes
• Give and receive feedback constructively to support continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Work flexibly across varied schedules to meet business demands, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
• Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to support omnichannel and virtual selling techniques

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience demonstrating strong selling fundamentals
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
• Proficiency in English or local market language
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holiday periods

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and the ability to build authentic customer relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail training or customer service certification is preferred but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
