Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating extensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating products, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products while encouraging customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building long-term brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and authentic brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions
  • Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques as required
  • Lift merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs.), and navigate the sales floor and stockroom by climbing, bending, and kneeling

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly master product attributes across multiple categories
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays)
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
