Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to customer lifestyles
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Embrace omni-channel selling techniques including social media awareness and virtual selling methods
- Demonstrate flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays as required

Prior retail experience required; demonstrated success in customer-facing sales environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education required.
