Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle
  • Provide personalized styling advice and create complete coordinated looks incorporating Kate Spade products
  • Suggest add-on items and encourage customers to explore new styles and creative product combinations
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat patronage
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions

Qualifications
