Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create cohesive complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Work flexible retail schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency appropriate for the market
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education is specified as required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
