Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences and lifestyle
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling possibilities and encourage customers to explore new aesthetics
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits through exceptional service
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Embrace omni-channel and virtual selling techniques with social media awareness
- Remain flexible and adaptable to shifting business priorities and seasonal demands
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Fluency in English
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle goods, with demonstrated success in customer engagement and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or fashion-related coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
