Kate Spade New York seeks part-time Stylist in North Conway, NH. $15–$19.50/hr. Provide styling advice and build customer relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete, cohesive looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and expressions
- Guide customers through purchase decisions with confidence and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with social media awareness and omni-channel selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong English proficiency
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and busy retail periods
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, and kneel
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles with a track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training is a plus.

This position is based in North Conway, New Hampshire, USA, within easy reach of Portland.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
