Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a smooth checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner to support continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Awareness of social media and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury or lifestyle retail and demonstrated customer styling expertise are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.
