Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong, comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative merchandising
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, engaging checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory accountability, and accurate POS transactions
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, collaborative manner

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
