Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase Kate Spade offerings
  • Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and product knowledge
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise displays, and inventory management

Qualifications
