Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase Kate Spade offerings
- Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and product knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise displays, and inventory management
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Prior experience working in a retail environment, with demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles and a passion for fashion and lifestyle products.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, merchandising, or related field is preferred but not required.
