Kate Spade Stylist (Part-Time) at World Trade Center, NYC – Guide customers in discovering their personal style with curated handbags, fashion, and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
  • Educate customers on multiple ways to wear products and encourage exploration of new styles aligned with their personal aesthetic
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Receive and provide honest, constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Develop proficiency in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques while leveraging social media awareness

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury lifestyle retail
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a retail team
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • English language proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
