Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative storytelling and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building rapport and encouraging repeat visits
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all merchandise categories
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner to continuously improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency required; fluency in additional languages a plus
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles, particularly within fashion, accessories, or luxury lifestyle retail, is strongly preferred.
