Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes and living spaces
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases while inviting repeat visits
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all categories
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide constructive feedback to support collective success
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment

- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
