Stylist position at Kate Spade in Nashville, Tennessee—retail sales and styling advisor for luxury lifestyle brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their style preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase creative ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes and encourage exploration of new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Embrace omni-channel selling and social media awareness, with willingness to develop virtual selling capabilities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
  • Physical capability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
