Kate Spade Stylist position in Nashville, TN. Part-time retail role offering styling guidance and customer advisory services at $15.00–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning to understand their personal style and aesthetic preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinated additions, and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into existing wardrobes
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative presentation and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and accurate POS transactions
- Work a flexible schedule accommodating nights, weekends, seasonal peaks, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
