Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary add-ons to create complete looks
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections, compelling storytelling, and knowledge of brand attributes
• Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media integration
• Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting repeat visits
• Execute flexible scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic retail periods

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and openness to learning virtual selling techniques
• Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to engage customers, drive sales through effective communication, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
