Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling options and encourage customers to explore new aesthetics
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate mastery of brand heritage and product attributes to drive customer engagement
- Embrace omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to adapt to modern retail practices
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English or local language proficiency per market
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work varied retail schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days

Prior experience working in a retail sales environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle products.
Education
