Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-Time Stylist in Myrtle Beach, SC. $15.00–$19.50/hr. Deliver personalized styling guidance and drive sales with product expertise and exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating deep product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, recommend complementary products, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products creatively, encouraging customers to explore new styles and build confidence in their selections
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and fostering long-term brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, authentic storytelling, and product expertise
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, POS transaction accuracy, and sales floor cleanliness

Qualifications

  • Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
