Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-Time Stylist in Myrtle Beach, SC. $15.00–$19.50/hr. Deliver personalized styling guidance and drive sales with product expertise and exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating deep product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, recommend complementary products, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products creatively, encouraging customers to explore new styles and build confidence in their selections
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and fostering long-term brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, authentic storytelling, and product expertise
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, POS transaction accuracy, and sales floor cleanliness
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner and adapt to team dynamics

Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail environment experience demonstrating sales success
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- English language proficiency

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of professional selling skills, customer relationship building, and operational acumen in a fast-paced setting. Experience with luxury or lifestyle retail is preferred.
