Kate Spade Stylist position in Myrtle Beach, SC. Temporary part-time retail sales role offering customer styling and product knowledge in a luxury fashion outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandising, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
