Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that suit individual lifestyles
• Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building lasting relationships
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and authentic storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive feedback in an honest and constructive manner
• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English proficiency
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing role with strong interpersonal skills and sales orientation.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
